Nintex AssureSign integration · Guided e-sign setup available
Connect LegalVoice to Nintex AssureSign with explicit data and workflow boundaries.
LegalVoice can validate configured AssureSign credentials, list available templates, create an envelope from an approved template, and check envelope status in the selected sandbox or production environment. Firms control credentials, templates, signer fields, document content, and when a signing workflow may begin.
What the Nintex AssureSign workflow supports
LegalVoice describes only the actions supported by the configured Nintex AssureSign path. Availability still depends on the firm’s account, permissions, field mappings, and enabled workflow.
- Validate a firm’s AssureSign connection.
- List templates available to the configured account.
- Create an envelope from a firm-approved template and mapped signer data.
- Check envelope and signing status for staff follow-up.
What data is exchanged
The connector should move only the fields required for the approved intake or follow-up action and preserve provider identifiers and result states for review.
- Approved template and environment.
- Signer identity and configured contact fields.
- Mapped template fields and LegalVoice workflow reference.
- Envelope ID, creation result, status, and provider error state.
How to configure Nintex AssureSign
Begin with the narrowest useful connection, test it with controlled records, and enable additional actions only after the firm reviews the result.
- Choose sandbox or production and save the firm’s AssureSign credentials.
- Validate the connection and review templates available to the account.
- Map signer and document fields to the approved template.
- Complete a controlled envelope creation and status check before live use.
Known limitations and review boundaries
A connected credential is not blanket permission to read or write every record. Provider success, partial success, and failure must remain visible to staff.
- The connector requires firm-owned credentials and templates already approved for the workflow.
- LegalVoice does not draft legal documents or decide when a representation agreement should be offered.
- Envelope creation and delivery should not be described as completed until the provider returns success.
Example Nintex AssureSign workflow
This example shows the operational sequence without using customer data or promising that every firm uses the same configuration.
- A firm-approved intake reaches the configured signing step.
- LegalVoice selects the mapped AssureSign template and signer fields.
- The provider creates the envelope and returns its identifier and state.
- LegalVoice records status for staff review and later signing follow-up.
