Ocasio Personal Injury Law Group case study

86 calls answered, with 14 appointments booked and 13 after-hours calls covered.

From April 16 through June 12, 2026, LegalVoice answered 86 production calls for Ocasio Personal Injury Law Group after known internal test traffic was excluded. The operating record contained 14 appointment records, 15 callback requests, and 13 calls received at night or on weekends. This is a descriptive customer result, not a controlled lift study or a claim about signed cases or revenue.

The measured operating results

The source period covered approximately two months of live client traffic. Known internal test traffic was removed before the aggregates were calculated. The production records included call timestamps, durations, transcripts, summaries, appointment records, callback records, and outcome flags.

LegalVoice answered 86 calls. Fourteen appointment records were created, 15 callback requests were captured, and 13 calls arrived outside weekday business hours. Twenty-six calls lasted more than five minutes, showing that the workload included complete intake conversations rather than only greetings and message taking.

  • 86 production calls answered after known internal test traffic was excluded.
  • 14 appointment records created during the reporting period.
  • 15 callback requests captured, including new-matter and existing-client needs.
  • 13 night or weekend calls answered instead of being routed to voicemail.
  • 26 calls longer than five minutes.
Why the denominator matters

Thirty-nine of the 86 calls ended in under 30 seconds and were classified separately as hang-ups, robocalls, or misdials. Removing that caller-side noise left 47 substantive conversations.

The report counted 28 of those 47 substantive conversations as ending in either a booked consultation or a scheduled callback. That 28-of-47 measure is an operational next-step rate. It is not a retained-client rate, case-quality score, revenue figure, or causal comparison with the firm’s prior process.

What the intake operation had to handle

The production traffic included new-matter calls, existing-client service calls, conversations in English and Spanish, after-hours calls, urgent callback requests, scheduling, and long-form fact collection. The firm still owned legal judgment, representation decisions, conflict checks, and attorney follow-up.

The useful output was not simply an answered phone. It was a reviewable operating record: what the caller said, how the call was classified, whether an appointment or callback was created, and what work remained for the firm.

Methodology and interpretation limits

The aggregates come from LegalVoice production call, appointment, and lead-intake records for the Ocasio tenant during April 16 through June 12, 2026. A known internal test number was excluded. Business hours were defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. through 5:59 p.m. Eastern.

The page intentionally omits caller names, phone numbers, matter narratives, transcripts, and recordings. It also omits the internal report’s assumption-driven dollar scenarios because they were projections, not signed revenue. Results from one firm and one period do not guarantee results for another firm.

Common questions

Did LegalVoice sign 28 clients for Ocasio?

No. The report counted 28 of 47 substantive conversations as ending in a booked consultation or scheduled callback. Representation decisions and signed-client outcomes were not measured by this page.

Does the case study include caller recordings or personal details?

No. This page uses aggregate operating metrics and omits caller names, phone numbers, matter narratives, transcripts, and recordings.

Does this prove another firm will get the same result?

No. It describes one firm during one reporting period. Another firm should run a controlled pilot using its own call mix, scripts, routing, staffing, and outcome definitions.
