How LegalVoice intake works
See how an AI personal injury intake becomes a staff-ready record.
LegalVoice identifies the caller path, asks the firm-approved intake questions, stores the answers with a transcript and summary, and applies the configured scheduling or handoff rule. Staff can then review the record and make the legal and representation decisions.
First, identify the caller path
A new potential matter should not follow the same path as an existing client, provider, adjuster, vendor, or caller asking for a named staff member. Caller classification happens before a long intake begins.
Then collect the approved information
For a new personal injury inquiry, the configured flow can collect the caller's account of the incident, reported injuries, treatment status, insurance context, supporting evidence, and contact details. The exact questions remain under firm control.
Finish with a visible disposition
The call ends in a scheduled consultation, configured transfer, staff callback, non-lead message, or needs-review state. The transcript, summary, captured fields, and next action remain available for staff review.
