LegalVoice provides an AI-powered professional communication platform that includes automated phone answering, consultation scheduling, client communication management, call transcription, and practice management tools.
3. Account Registration
To use the service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date
4. Subscription and Billing
By subscribing to LegalVoice, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan, including:
- Recurring subscription charges for your chosen billing interval
- Applicable overage or usage-based fees where disclosed
- Charges processed using valid payment information you authorize us to use
5. Data Security and Compliance
LegalVoice is designed with security safeguards and encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable legal and professional obligations, including required notices and consents.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Use the service for spam, abuse, or unlawful solicitation
7. AI-Powered Services Disclaimer
LegalVoice uses artificial intelligence to assist with call handling, scheduling, and client communication. AI-generated outputs may contain errors. The service is not a substitute for legal advice or professional judgment.
8. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the service. You grant us a limited right to process that data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalVoice and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
